Willow Anderson is the wife of Tommy Anderson, and co-owner and operator of Dipper's Roadhouse in Chester's Mill, Maine. According to Peter Randolph, she and Thomas are "left-wingnuts" with a photograph of "Uncle Barack" over the bar of the Roadhouse.
