Wanda Debec (d. 21 Oct 2012) was the wife of Billy Debec. They married in 2008.
On Dome Day, she argued with her husband on a car-ride to a flea-market in Oxford Hills. Billy eventually turned around to head back home, and subsequently crashed into the invisible barrier that separated Chester's Mill from the rest of the world on Route 117.
Though Billy died on impact, Wanda barely survived the disfiguring crash. She was soon found by Nora Robichaud and Elsa Andrews, who helped her into Robichaud's Mercedes to take her to Catherine Russell Hospital. When Robichaud attempted to pass the Debec's Chevy, however, she also collided with the barrier, throwing herself and Wanda through the front windshield. Both died.
