Tracy Campbell (played by Charlotte Ayanna) was a student of Bates High School and the equivalence of Chris Hargensen. She was also the queen B on the campus and a cherleader very popular with the rugby team. She was also the ex-girlfriend of Jesse Ryan, although she was also a victim of the sex competion committed by the boys. She serves as one of the main antagonists of The Rage: Carrie 2. However, it tends to demonstrate that she loved Jesse only for the popularity and not genuisely. When it becomes obvious that Jesse is attracted by Rachel Lang, she conspired with her best friend, Monica Jones and the ex-friends of Jesse to humiliate Rachel. Monica, by pretending that she hates Tracy, wins Rachel's consideration, relooking her and take her to the party. In parallel, Tracy seduces vainly Jesse. Just after her friends' death, she goes to the party, with Jesse and is killed by Rachel deducting instinctively that she is connected to the plot.

Tracy is the 90's equivalent of Chris Hargensen as far as she targets Rachel. However, differences persist. Chris was always cruel with Carrie, while Tracy snubbed or ignored Rachel before she flirts with Jesse. Furthermore, she does not take part directly in the humiliation of her nemesis. To note that Chris and Tracy are each queen B in their high school, although it seems that in fact, Chris was more afraid than really popular.
