The Little Sisters were a coven of vampires masquerading as nuns who preyed on injured travelers, using can-tam to nurse their victims back to health and drugs to keep them sedated before feeding on them.
Among the Sisters were Sister Michela, Sister Coquina, Sister Louise, Sister Tamra, Sister Mary, and Sister Jenna.
Roland Deschain crossed paths with the Sisters in Eluria, where they had already captured and killed John Norman.
