Steve Covall is an executive radio-host manager and a minor character in the horror novel It. Alongside DJ Richie Tozier, he worked for KLAD, a local radiostation that was fairly prominent across Los Angeles. A similar character, credited simply as Richie's manager, was included in the 2019 film. That character was played by producer and writer Jason Fuchs.
