Steve Covall is an executive radio-host manager and a minor character in the horror novel It. Alongside DJ Richie Tozier, he worked for KLAD, a local radiostation that was fairly prominent across Los Angeles. A similar character, credited simply as Richie's manager, was included in the 2019 film. That character was played by producer and writer Jason Fuchs.

- Steve Covall was also added to a released copy of an unmade 2010 script of the IT movie, where he was shown to be Richie Tozier's boyfriend in his adult life, with the two seemingly sharing an apartment and a dog.
