Richard Bowie was a minor character in the horror novel, It.
Along with his associates Hamilton Tracker and Will Mueller, he was one of Claude Heroux's deceased friends. It is highly presumed that he was one of the many lumbermen who was killed by the shape-shifting demon, IT (although this is never directly clarified in the novel).
