Rebecca Caldwell is a psychiatrist, and the sister of Rachel Caldwell.
She first met Johnny Smith after her sister's murder. After Smith was cleared of the death, the two became romantically involved together, with Caldwell helping Smith through the psychological trauma of his own visions.
Caldwell was portrayed by Sarah Wynter.
