Peter Randolph is the Assistant Chief of the Chester's Mill Police Department.
Randolph may be considered the twinner of Paul Randolph.
He is regarded by Selectman Jim Rennie as "a man who could get `er done." On Dome Day, he became the Chief of the CMPD when Howard Perkins touched the Dome, causing his pacemaker to explode, killing him.
