Mr. Ulmann was the English teacher at Carrie White's school. He was portrayed by Jefferson Brown.

He often bullied and harassed Carrie under the influence of Tina Blake. He was criticized by Tommy Ross for his behavior towards Carrie.

He was present at the Black Prom massacre and didn't do nothing, when Carrie was humilitated and Tommy killed. During Carrie's murderous rampage cuased by that, he attempted to save Tina from being killed and slaughtered, but Carrie, also enraged with him, made sure he wouldn't.

After that Mr. Ulmann was later electrocuted by Carrie like a catfish at the prom along with other people there (barely seen while Carrie flies out of the school).
