Kerwin McCaslin was the general manager of the New Jersey Titans in the late 1950s.

McCaslin opted to call up William Blakely from the Davenport Cornhuskers in the Spring of 1957 after the arrest of Johnny Goodkind and the injury of Frank Faraday.
