Jimmy Donlin is a psychiatric patient from the city of Augusta and a minor character in the horror novel, It. A former resident of Portland, he was convicted for the callous murder of his mother in the mid 1960’s. Though never revealed to the public press, Jimmy had allegedly hacked and consumed certain parts of his mother’s corpse (particularly her severed head).

He was incarcerated to the Juniper Hill mental asylum. One of his fellow patients was the notorious "serial murderer", Henry Bowers.

Jimmy’s main motive and intend for the slaying of his mother is never revealed nor hinted throughout the novel.
