Henrietta Dodd was the mother of Frank Dodd.
In the film
Dodd was portrayed by Colleen Newhurst.
In the TV series
Dodd (b. 1941; d. 2001) physically and sexually abused her son when he was a child, causing the psychological damage that turned him into a killer. He later divulged the details of each of his murders to her, which she recorded in a journal. She was shot and killed by Walt Bannerman when she attacked Johnny Smith, attempting to stab him.
Dodd was portrayed by Fran Gebhard.
