George LeBay is a character in Christine. He sold Christine to Arnie Cunningham. He is described as a lower class, dirty-looking man. George suddenly dies and Cunningham and his friend, Dennis Guilder attend his funeral.

George disliked Dennis and, as a result, treated him poorly.

In the original novel, Roland LeBay and his his brother George LeBay have their roles switched respectivly and he instead is the one who tells Dennis Guilder the disturbing history of Christine .
