Frank Billings was a minor character in the novel, It.
Billings was a successful architect who studied and trained one of the main characters, Ben Hanscom in Peru, in 1978. He later came down with a viral and incurable flu, where he died some short time later from his illness, despite receiving heavy medical treatment.
Ben Hanscom, due in no small part to Frank's teachings, would become a world-reknowed and well-respected architect.
