Elsa Andrew is a nurse at Catherine Russell Hospital, and a friend of Nora Robichaud.
On Dome Day, she and Robichaud were cut off in traffic by Billy Debec, and shortly after found Debec and his wife's vehicle crashed into the invisible barrier that appeared around Chester's Mill, Maine. She discovered Billy dead, and helped Wanda into Robichaud's car before Nora began driving and subsequently crashed into the barrier herself.
Andrews, in the backseat, was the only occupant to survive the crash. She was later found by Paul Gendron and Dale Barbara, and the three witnessed the explosion of a CBS-13 helicopter that collided with the Dome.
