Ellen Whitlow is a pregnant young woman and Lee's girlfriend. She appears in the short story Rest Stop.
Ellen is pregnant with Lee's child during the events of the story. As she is at the rest stop, she gets attacked by the abusive Lee, only to be rescued by John Dykstra, who beats Lee up, giving Ellen the opportunity to flee in her PT Cruiser.
