David Streeter is the husband of Janet Streeter, the father of May and Justin Streeter, and a resident of Derry, Maine.
In August 2001, he was a patient of Dr. Roderick Henderson, who was treating him for cancer. At that time, Streeter made a Faustian bargain to rid himself of his affliction.
