Charles H. Pickering was a resident of Derry, Maine, and a member of the radical group Daily Bread. He attempted to burn down WomanCare in December of 1992 and was committed to Juniper Hill for six months; he later attacked Ralph Roberts in the Derry Public Library on 3 October 1993. On 8 October 1993, Pickering took part in the attack on High Ridge, where he was rendered comatose by Roberts.
His relation, if any, to Vermillion Key resident Jim Pickering is currently unknown.
