Brenda Morse Perkins (d. 23 Oct 2012) was the wife of Chester's Mill Police Chief Howard Perkins. She and her husband lived at 28 Morin Street, and were neighbors of the Buffalino family.
After her husband's death on Dome Day, she discovered a computer file on his laptop labeled VADER, containing information regarding the illegal activities of Second Selectman Jim Rennie.
She was murdered by Rennie, who broke her neck on his front lawn, when she tried to confront him with her husband's information.[1] Dale Barbara was wrongly arrested for her murder.
Maiden name: Brenda Morse (or Morris). Before marriage she was romantically involved with Romeo "Rommie" Burpee.[2]
