Biography[]

Early life[]

Billy was a resident of Denver, Colorado. He worked delivering newspapers, alongside his pet dog. Not much is known about his life prior to his kidnapping.

Kidnapping in 1977[]

Sometime in 1976-April 1977 while delivering newspapers, Billy was kidnapped by The Grabber and taken to a soundproof basement. During his captivity, he tried to use a rope to reach the basement window, however, he likely failed to open it. Afterwards, he hid his rope in a hole in the wall.

At some point he fell into the Grabber's trap and left through the half-open door left by him, once up there, Billy was beaten until he passed out. Soon after, Billy was tortured and killed by him. After his death, his soul remained in the basement of his captivity.

After death[]

During Finney's captivity, Billy calls and talks to him after Bruce. He tells Finney not to go upstairs as it was a trap by The Grabber. He explains that if he went up, The Grabber would beat Finney until he passed out. He ends by saying that everyone begged him to stop, but he didn't, Soon after, he hangs up the phone.

Soon after, Billy calls him again, but asks Finney not to call him by his name. Finney then calls him a paperboy. He tells Finney that he has hidden a rope in a hole in the wall and that he should use it to reach the window and rip out the grate. He moves a bottle to show Finn what he should do.

Days later, Billy appears to Gwen alongside the other ghost boys, who stop her in front of the house where they were all buried.
