Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård (born August 9, 1990) is an Swedish actor and son of the famous Stellan Skarsgård. He portrayed Pennywise the Dancing Clown, one of the many forms of It, in the 2017 adaptation and it's sequel directed by Andy Muschietti.

He also currently appears in Hulu's Castle Rock as Shawshank Prisoner.
