Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård, born 1990, is an Swedish actor and son of the famous Stellan Skarsgård. He will portray Pennywise the Dancing Clown, one of the many forms of It, in the upcoming 2017 adaptation directed by Andy Muschietti.
