Arky Arkanian was the janitor of Troop D and was present at several events involving the Buick Roadmaster. He was present when Sandy Dearborn told Ned Wilcox of the past events involving the Buick and helped Sandy to stop Ned from destroying the Buick. Ned had helped him clean up around the barracks until Arky would eventually retire.
