Angela "Angie" McCain (d. 21 Oct 2012) was the daughter of LaDonna and Henry McCain, a waitress at Sweetbriar Rose, and a resident of Chester's Mill, Maine. She was the girlfriend of Frank DeLesseps, though she flirted heavily with her coworker Dale Barbara despite his lack of interest. She eventually accosted him near the dumpster behind the diner, and when he still rebuked her advance, she lied to DeLesseps by claiming that Barbara had raped her, leading DeLesseps, Junior Rennie, Carter Thibodeau and Melvin Searles to attack Barbara at Dipper's Roadhouse. McCain changed her story over the next several days, and ultimately recanted when Sheriff Howard Perkins put her in an interview room with Barbara.
On "Dome Day" October 21st, 2012; she had just finished taking a shower when she heard her doorbell ring. She quickly put on a bathrobe and tied a towel around her head and shouted that she was coming. She ran down her stairs with a smile thinking that it was her boyfriend, Frank DeLesseps. She thought that DeLesseps had come to tell her that Dale Barbara was leaving town, or already left. Her parents were out that day, leaving her alone. McCain opened the door and found that it wasn't Frank DeLesseps, but Junior Rennie. She saw that he was angry and started to ask him what was wrong when he slapped her across the face.
McCain looked up worriedly at Junior while leaning against the doorway, making out that he was crazy. She plans on calling the police. She turns and attempts to run to the kitchen for the phone but after only two steps she trips on her towel and falls. McCain manages to regain some of her strength but Junior quickly grabs her by her hair. He yanks McCain's body and exclaimed that she was a liar. She begins to scream until Junior throws her down the hallway and into the kitchen.
Junior pushes McCain into a table which collides into her stomach, she than slides into the wall. Junior threw her again and she banged against the fridge. As she began to bleed she looked over at a butcher set filled with knives she could use to defend herself. However, Junior discovers this threat and knees her in the face. For a few moments she did not move until her whole body shivered. Junior madly tells her to stop and drops on to his knees, one on each side of her head, and begins to slam McCain's head into the tiles. He knew he had to make her be quiet or someone will know what was happening.
So, without hesitating, Junior grasps both his hands on McCain's throat. Says, "I'm sorry, Ange, it wasn't supposed to happen like this." Junior than squeezes her throat which causes Angela McCain to die of strangulation.
