I'm going a step further and going over my whole top three:

1 - Richie Tozier:

He is super funny and Finn Wolfhard is actually my #1 fav actor (just going to add).

2 - Eddie Kaspbrak

Eddie is pretty funny too, and at this point I think it is clear that a lot of the time I like a character because he/or she is funny.

3 - Stanley Uris

Stan has a ton of really funny moments, and ngl he may be the most relatable besides maybe Richie.

(Also, I feel like most people I know have a personality that is like half-Richie and half-Stanley)

Richie literally has all the best lines in the movie and that's reason enough for me :)

I just found out about the kids having sex in the book, so my enjoyment of the story has gone down a notch.

It's a bit different from the movie(s), eh @Jstewart2007 ?
